Upper Midwest Series Archive
Wisconsin Sport Truck Series
Founded as the Mini Champs in 1975, the Wisconsin Sport Trucks raced primarily at 141 Speedway before moving to Wisconsin International Raceway in 1987 and becoming a weekly WIR division in 1988. The open-wheel Mini Champs transitioned to truck-style bodies in 1995-1996. The organization now includes the WIR weekly program, a multi-track Touring Series, and Norway Speedway series events.
