Stock Car Racing Association-Midwest (SCRAM)
Stock Car Racing Association-Midwest (SCRAM), formed in 1968 as a Milwaukee-area organization for drivers, car owners and mechanics. Midwest Racing News documents its first annual awards night in 1968 and a long-running joint awards program with PRO-STAR.
